Sarroch Volleyball Club

‘Sarroch Polisportiva Pallavolo’
is one of the most active volleyball clubs in Sardinia.

Currently playing in the B-league, it is collecting a string of wins.
In addition to its major team, it has a minivolley programme with about 70 children and is also present in the schools of Sarroch with projects that bring together sport and teaching.
Its aim is to become a school for future volley champions.
This club’s active social role in the Sarroch community is what led us to become its sponsors.

The club’s history started back in the 1970s, with the foundation in Sarroch of the parish sports club ‘Santa Vittoria’.
Its first success was grabbed in the 1973-74 championship, when the under-14 and under-16 teams placed among the top three. In 2005, a new phase marked the entry into competitive sport: ‘Sarroch Polisportiva’ was established, soon reaching the ‘C-league’ championship, later rising to B2 and, in 2015, to B1.

The team is a major community resource and social hub for the people of Sarroch;
every home game sees the turnout of a large number of supporters.
