Brimming with excitement, the children born in 2006-2007, wearing the yellow and red shirt, lined up towards the centre of the field to receive the prize from Sarlux president Francesco Marini and Daniele Dessena, announced by the speaker.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-65837\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarlux.saras.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/05\/Dessena-premia-pulcini-Football-Ghilarza.jpg\" alt=\"Dessena premia pulcini Football Ghilarza\" width=\"600\" height=\"320\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The young footballers\u2019 event was held at Asseminello on Sunday 21 May. Four hundred children born in 2006-2007, together with sports coaches, families and fans, met at the Sports Centre <strong>for the third edition of the \u2018Saras Football Academy Tournament\u2019,<\/strong> the highlight of the Cagliari Football Academy 2016-2017 season.<\/p>\n<div><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/z2747RjzvMQ\" width=\"600\" height=\"388\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">A project with great sports and social value which Cagliari Calcio, with Saras\u2019 support, pursues to contribute to the technical development of partner sports clubs and to assist the growth of young athletes, for whom sport should first and foremost be a \u2018training ground for life\u2019. <strong>First place went to the newly affiliated Ghilarza football club.<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong>Vincitori, i neo-affiliati del Ghilarza.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">The tournament saw participation of 23 clubs affiliated to the Cagliari Football Academy, from all over the island: Accademia Ogliastra, Antas Calcio, Antiochense 2013, Aritzo, Gsd Assemini, Atletico Bono, Bittese, Cantera Sorso, Cullurgioni Giba, Ex Biancobl\u00f9 Carbonia, Ghilarza, Polisportiva Isili, Italpiombo Santa Teresa, Juve Luras, Oliena, Oristanese, Polisport Nuoro, Santadi Calcio, San Teodoro, Turritana Porto Torres, Valledoria, Vigor Sporting Capoterra, San Biagio Villasor. Plus one children\u2019s team from Cagliari Calcio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">&#8216;<strong>The Saras Football Academy Tournament<\/strong> \u2013 remarked project coordinator Oscar Erriu \u2013 is the final step in a path we have taken, with Saras\u2019 support, to promote across Sardinia our sports programme and our positive vision of youth football.
