The event was held in <strong>Rome<\/strong> on 14 June last. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sarlux.saras.it\/le-nostre-persone\/sicurezza\/\">Sarlux has applied the protocol since 2014<\/a>. This has involved a major training programme tailored according to the workers\u2019 specific tasks and duties.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-521525\" src=\"http:\/\/www.sarlux.saras.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Vincenzo-Greco-BBS.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"426\" \/><\/p>\n<p>To maintain the project\u2019s momentum, the <strong>Sarlux<\/strong> has set up an organisational structure that helps area managers to address safety effectively through the programme\u2019s activities: data analysis, constant monitoring of safe\/unsafe behaviours, maintenance actions and meetings with workers.<\/p>\n<p>The Sarlux programme involves a large industrial complex in the sensitive refining sector. The results after the initial pilot phase and full-scale implementation are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sarlux.saras.it\/le-nostre-persone\/sicurezza\/\">very encouraging<\/a>. Some of the other companies that adopted the protocol and participated in the Congress are <strong>Heineken<\/strong>, <strong>GE Grid Solutions<\/strong>, <strong>Mitsubishi Electric
