We believe that conveying the importance of development based on process innovation, the application of advanced technologies, and the enhancement of intellectual capital is essential to promote the <strong>culture of sustainability<\/strong>, a driving force to ensure the economic growth of companies is compatible with the preservation of the environment.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>For the school year 2022-2023<\/strong>, as part of the ministerial programme \u201cSoft Skill and Orientation Paths\u201d (PCTO), the Group has planned 6 specific training programmes together with 6 high schools in the province of Cagliari and Ogliastra.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;8px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;544700&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;right&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;544702&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; alignment=&#8221;right&#8221;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The \u201cMichele Giua\u201d High School was the first to be involved <\/strong>and, between November and December, students participated in an intensive programme of lectures and plant tours.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">They examined in depth the <strong>sustainability of production processes at the Sarlux site<\/strong> through good production practices that <strong>increasingly improve the ecological footprint of all processes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We demonstrate the <strong>skills<\/strong> needed in today\u2019s job market, within the new scenarios proposed by the <strong>energy transition,<\/strong> to young people entering the world of work.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Topics and activities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The PCTO project \u201cSustainability, evolution and efficiency in production processes\u201d<\/strong> involved about 250 students on the topics of sustainability, energy, distillation and conversion processes, power generation and occupational safety.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The topics, curated by Group experts and managers, included: <strong>lectures <\/strong>on the technical aspects that most closely match the school\u2019s syllabus;
