These experiences integrate knowledge, direct contact, and a broader perspective, helping students better understand <strong>the relationship between business and the local community and make more informed decisions about their future<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within this framework, <strong>the School-to-Work Training 2026 program was launched in February 2026, in collaboration with the D. Scano State Industrial Technical Institute in Cagliari<\/strong>. The program, which concludes in April, involves 63 students\u2014one fifth-year and two third-year students in the &#8220;Energy Mechanics&#8221; and &#8220;Mechatronics Mechanics&#8221; courses\u2014and offers structured experience on the topics of energy, safety, and the professions present in the sector.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;16px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;547605&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The Project<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project is divided into three complementary phases, designed to offer students a progressive and concrete vision of the world of energy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first phase took place at <strong>Sardeolica<\/strong> (a wholly owned subsidiary of Saras and dedicated to the development of renewable energy sources), <strong>at the Ulassai wind farm<\/strong>, where students learned about the operation of wind farms, their design elements, and the criteria for their integration into the local area. The meeting illustrated the role of Saras and its subsidiaries in <strong>the development of local energy infrastructure<\/strong> and highlighted the ways in which an industrial plant generates <strong>economic and cultural activity in the area<\/strong>.
