The agreement was presented by Federmeccanica \u2013 Confindustria Sardegna Meridionale and the trade unions FIOM CGIL, FSM CISL, and UILM UIL, as part of the <strong>\u201cPrevenzione Sardegna 2025\u201d pilot project<\/strong> promoted by the Regional Directorate of INAIL Sardinia.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;8px&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;548509&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221;][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Within this project, <strong>Sarlux provided crucial technical and scientific input in developing the Guidelines<\/strong>, supporting INAIL and the social partners in developing the first national model for heat risk management. The Sarroch site thus confirms its position as <strong>a leading edge model for prevention policies<\/strong>, thanks to specialized expertise, ongoing investment, and structured collaboration with businesses and trade unions.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The agreement introduces a <strong>four-level alert system<\/strong>, with progressive measures that include rescheduling working hours, scheduling breaks, and, in the most critical cases, suspending production activities.
