Junior Reporter: an educational experience created by Saras and Cagliari Calcio

This year, Saras has renewed its support for Junior Reporter, the educational project that introduces local students to the world of sports communication and the values of sport. The initiative, created in collaboration with Cagliari Calcio as part of the Academy’s activities, offers students the opportunity to interact directly with the Rossoblu’s key players, experiencing a real press conference firsthand.

At the new event, a delegation of students from classes 1B, 1C, and 2A of the Sarroch Comprehensive Institute and 1F of the “Francesco Ciusa” Institute in Villa San Pietro met with coach Fabio Pisacane at the Crai Sport Center.
It was a moment of open dialogue, during which the young reporters asked questions ranging from childhood dreams to their beginnings in football, to how they managed the most challenging moments of the season.
Junior Reporter is one of the projects in the partnership between Saras and the Cagliari Calcio Academy: it is an educational opportunity where, each year, students have the opportunity to develop writing, observation, and storytelling skills.
As per tradition, participants will write an article about their experience; the best piece will be published in Domus Rossoblù, the official Cagliari Calcio magazine, in the final issue of the season, celebrating the Cagliari-Como match.
For Saras, supporting initiatives like Junior Reporter means investing in the cultural and social growth of the local area, nurturing the talent of young people and promoting educational experiences that unite school, sport, and the community.
