Air Liquide and Saras have launched a study to decarbonise the Sarlux refinery through carbon capture and storage, an initiative in line with the Sustainable Development Goals of both companies.
The Saras Group’s Sustainability Policy, approved in early 2022, sets out the guidelines and objectives that the Group is committed to pursuing with regard to ethics, the protection of human rights, diversity, inclusion, attention to local communities, dialogue and relations with stakeholders and suppliers, the ecological transition and protection of the environment.
The Saras Group’s activities for schools have resumed, taking the form of an inspiring programme of lectures, workshops and tours of the Sarlux refinery and Ulassai wind farm.
Saras took part in AIDIC’s cultural and scientific events and initiatives with speeches and contributions by the managers of the Group and the Sarlux refinery, aimed at disseminating technological know-how, process innovation and sustainable development.
